Our bespoke Saffron & Fire restaurant is offers something a little more special. Our menu here features seasonal small small and larger sharing plates, all cooked over an open flame.
Fire, one of the oldest and most primitive methods of cooking, is at the heart of the menu. The complex dance of hooks, chains, and flames allows for both fast and slow cooking, producing food that is exhilarating, colourful, and most importantly, delicious.
