Our bespoke Saffron & Fire restaurant is something a little more special. Saffron, a term that describes vivid threads of Crocus Sativus that deliver both ubiquitous flavour and visual flair. Saffron & Fire is a restaurant fit for epicureans.
Fire is the inspiration behind the menu, using one of the oldest and most primitive methods of cooking, we will deliver hearty, spellbinding and captivating plates of food. The complex arrangement of flames and smoke allows for simultaneous fast and slow cooking.
