Ian Alexander, Executive Chef
Ian has a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to food that prioritises flavour above all else. With years of experience under his belt, he’s seen the dining scene evolve but has always stayed true to one core belief – food doesn’t need to be complicated to be delicious. For him, it’s less about titles and more about getting in the kitchen, rolling up his sleeves and focusing on simple, honest cooking that always delivers.
He’s built a career blending the traditions that built the industry with the fresh, exciting energy that’s emerged in recent years. A hands-on cook at heart, Ian treats each and every plate with the same level of care and attention as the last. A genuine passion for flavour, and an unwavering commitment to quality is what sets him, and his food, apart from the rest.
